Hi, I'm María. I created 2Tone Plants, an online plant shop, to share my passion for growing beautiful plants. Many of our plants are grown right here in my greenhouse and backyard under the real Miami sun. I personally choose your plants by hand and carefully pack each order with love. I also include plant-care information to help you get your new plants settled and thriving, along with special coupons for returning customers.

When will my plant order ship?
Our packing days are Monday through Wednesday, and we usually ship orders within 7 to 10 days. Orders going to California can take longer because of new state regulations.
Is the plant in the photo the one I'll get?
The plants in our photos are representative of the plant you will receive. Photos of our current stock are available on request.
Do you sell wholesale?
Get in touch before you buy if you have questions about wholesale orders, and let us know if your order is time-sensitive.
Do you use pesticides or chemicals on your plants?
Yes. We spray every week for pests and use chemicals and fertilizers to keep our plants healthy.
What is the 3-Day shipping upgrade, and do I need it?
UPS 3-Day Select guarantees your plant is in transit for no more than 3 days. We ask you to upgrade if you are in Arizona, Oregon, Montana, California, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming or Nevada.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico?
We do not offer free shipping to Hawaii, the Virgin Islands or Alaska — customers there need to buy a USPS upgrade. We are sorry, we do not ship plants to Puerto Rico.
How do you pack your plants for shipping?
We cover the soil with polyfill and secure it with clear tape, then slide the plant into a paper sleeve so the leaves are not damaged. Bamboo stakes stop it from sliding, and we fill the box with eco-friendly packing peanuts or paper so the plant stays in place. Fragile stickers go on the outside, and we usually ship a large batch of plants together so the carrier takes extra care. In winter we add insulation to orders going to especially cold states.
What if my plant arrives late or damaged?
Please note that we do NOT offer full refunds on any order. We ask customers to reach out within 48 hours of receiving the plant, with photos, so we can open a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is open we work with you on a replacement or a partial refund.
Are any of your plants used for medicinal purposes?
2Tone Plants does not recommend or suggest any of our plants for HUMAN or PET consumption of any kind.
Can I visit and pick my plant in person?
We are not in any store — we are a fully online business. We can always send photos of our current stock so you can choose your own plant.
